Acts as second level technical support, ensuring uninterrupted workflow to critical production systems. Troubleshoots hardware and software problems reported by users of PC and Mac systems, including any mobile and peripheral devices, determines appropriate solution and takes necessary action.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PC support. Mac desktop and server support experience a plus. Required: A+, MCDST. Preferred: Associate degree, Network +, Dell Tech, Apple Certified Technician.
