Strategically sources candidates for positions in assigned areas. Responsible for understanding KSAs - knowledge, skills and abilities, needed to fulfill anticipated and current talent needs of the organization. Partners with hiring leaders and the Human Resources team to source, recruit and hire employees in alignment with our cultural competence objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or similar field preferred. Proven professional corporate recruitment experience required including strategic sourcing of candidates. Experience using applicant tracking systems, ADP preferred.
