Our Sales Coaches use their sales, leadership, and analytic skills to make a valuable, positive impact on Valpak’s industry-leading performance.  If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to grow and stretch yourself while using your skills and experience, then a Sales Coach position may be the perfect match.

  • Provide advice, counsel, coaching, and assistance to the franchise owners/operators to impact and improve the sales, sales management, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide leadership for all print and digital sales efforts in franchise markets for sales teams, sales reps, and advertising clients
  • Coach, counsel, and mentor Valpak franchises in staff development and managing local sales strategy


As a successful candidate, you possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct sales management, general management, franchise field support experience, OR minimum of 3-4 years’ successful direct B2B sales and sales leadership experience or sales management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with deadlines
  • Operational understanding of or other CRM tool
  • Ability to make independent judgment
  • Thorough understanding of digital media is desireable
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with outstanding follow up and follow through skills
  • Demonstrated ability to innovatively create and execute on short and long term business development strategies
  • Experience recruiting and onboarding new sales reps
