Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Technician performs responsibilities related to building utilities, building services, building installations, custodian services, facilities maintenance and office area tasks.
The Facilities Technician transfers knowledge to others as required in order to supporting Lean requirements to meet organizational objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Vocational training, certification, and/or minimum zero to twelve (0-12) months related experience in building facilities, utilities, maintenance, plumbing or electrical skills areas (or any combination of the above). Valid driver’s license required.
